G. Troy Jones - Mr. Troy Jones has an extensive background in the wholesale distribution industry and in automating wholesale distributors throughout North America. Mr. Jones was hired into a management program by a large, multi-branch wholesale distributor in 1995. He was promoted to the position of General Manager, of one of the existing 13 locations, in less than 4 months. While in the position of General Manager his location sales and deliveries increased by more than 50%.
Mr. Jones has also worked in automating distributors through the use of sophisticated computer software for more than 10 years, and has worked closely with the accepted "experts" in the business. Mr. Jones held positions with 2 successful value added resellers that specialized in wholesale distribution, prior to his s tart with OEM software providers. He has served in major positions in every facet of the distribution software business, and has held management and executive level positions with some of the most successful wholesale distribution software companies that have existed to date. These positions have been with Dimasys, Inc., NxTrend, Inc. and Infor Global Solutions.
Education - Mr. Jones has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, from the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah and a Bachelors Degree in Economics, also from the University of Utah. Mr. Jones was also a decorated scholarship athlete at the University of Utah, serving as a team captain as a senior and receiving Academic All-WAC Conference awards his junior and senior years.
J. Kevin Clark - Mr. Kevin Clark has been a successful and dynamic software engineer for more than 10 years. His engineering career began at $30 billion dollar global defense and technology company Northrop Grumman Corporation. He was identified from among hundreds of developers by a former Northrop Grumman manager, then an executive with Dimasys, Inc., to become a key member of the development effort for a new distribution software product. Mr. Clark rose from junior engineer to Director of Development for the Enspire™ distribution software system, owned today by Infor Global Solutions. While Enspire™ Director of Development, the number of updates produced for the application in a 12 month period of time, exceeded the prior 2 years combined, and the number of installations of the software product grew by more than 80 percent, over an 18 month period of time.
Education - Mr. Clark has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Gary M. Simon, CFA - Mr. Gary Simon has over 23 years experience in successfully founding, building and managing software companies. He has single-handedly built distribution software companies from the ground up that have automated more than 500 distributors in North and Central America. Mr. Simon is presently the Managing Partner of GMS Capital Group, LP, the Managing Partner of GMS Properties, LP and CEO of NuLevel, Inc.
Education - Mr. Simon has a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and an MBA degree in Corporate Finance from Okalahoma State University. Mr. Simon has also recently completed the process necessary to become a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
